Your big day doesn’t need a big budget

If you had something unique in mind, remember that the package is only the beginning. We can offer our wedding expertise and award-winning catering services at any reception venue of your choice—or for the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or gift opening party.

Hall liability insurance, refundable damage deposit and applicable taxes are not included in the price. Bar drinks are extra. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. A second 25% deposit is due 30 days prior to your event, with the balance payable one week prior to the event. (Visa or Mastercard only.) All service staff members are paid for a minimum of 4 hours. Service staff members are paid from the time they arrive at The New Manhattan, to load food & equipment, until they return to The New Manhattan and have unloaded all items used for your event. The BrideSaver wedding package includes service staff for 8 hours.  Overtime hours will be billed at 1.5 times the regular rate.
